On Tuesday 8th October Abberley Hall School received the Certificate of Appreciation from the British Royal Legion Poppy Appeal Headquarters, presented by Amanda Clements-Hunt the Community fundraiser for Worcestershire and Mr Robin Dean.

This was in recognition of the stunning display of poppies trailing down the School's Clock Tower for Armistice Day last November and for the money the pupils, parents staff and local community raised.

Following the presentation, the Top Year held a question and answer session with Amanda Clements-Hunt to find out more about the Charity and how the money raised is used to help people.

In 2018 the Poppy Appeal raised over £50 million to help support serving and ex-serving members of the Armed Forces community and their families.

If anyone would like to purchase one of the ceramic poppies, please contact foundation@abberleyhall.co.uk
